Privacy

Your data should feel like yours.

Last updated September 14, 2026

Enlumora is being developed as a personal wellness companion. This page describes the privacy principles for the current beta and will be updated as the product and its services evolve.

Data used by the app

With your permission, Enlumora may use health and activity information, device connection status, mood check-ins, practice history, and space scans that you choose to provide. These signals help create personal energy summaries and practice suggestions.

Health data

Apple Health access is permission-based. Enlumora only requests categories needed for features you use. Health information is not used for advertising and is not a medical diagnosis.

Camera and space scans

The camera is used only when you initiate a space scan. You remain in control of the images and spaces you choose to save or analyze.

AI features

When you use AI-powered coaching or analysis, the information necessary to answer your request may be processed by Enlumora’s service providers. We aim to minimize the data sent and avoid using private wellness information for advertising.

Your choices

You can decline optional permissions, disconnect supported devices, delete local entries, or stop using the beta at any time. Some features will be less personalized without those permissions.

Important note

Enlumora provides wellness reflection and educational Qi Flow guidance. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency support.

Questions

During the beta, privacy questions can be shared through the same channel used to receive your invitation. A dedicated support address will be added before public launch.
